Week 10 - Body Reconnection
Hey, love. Let’s get real for a second. Life is busy. Full. Demanding. Maybe your body feels like it’s taken a backseat while you’ve been doing all the things… caring for others, hustling at work, keeping up appearances, keeping promises… keeping yourself last.
Remember January and February when we reclaimed our spark, refused to play small, unleashed boldness and tapped into that dark feminine energy that’s been waiting for us. All that work wasn’t just for “fun.” It was prepping you to fall back in love with yourself… your whole self! And yes, that absolutely includes your body.
Your Body is Your Story
Here’s the truth: your body isn’t “just a vessel” or “just the way it looks.” It’s the thing that’s carried you through joy, heartbreak, triumphs, and challenges. It’s strong, it’s resilient, it’s powerful. And it deserves love, attention, and admiration… not criticism or shame.
Too often, we fixate on flaws or forget all that she’s done for us. But the reality is this: your body is alive, and it’s still wildly, beautifully sexy! It’s been with you through it all, and it’s waiting for you to show up again.

Remember Week 7 when we talked about how our bodies often know before our minds do. That’s true here. Sometimes your mind doubts or criticizes, but your body remembers pleasure, confidence, and power.
Let her lead. Wear what feels good. Touch what feels good. Move how she wants to move. Speak to her like she’s your best friend… because she is. She’s been your partner through everything, and she’s waiting for you to notice her again.
Small Rituals to Reignite Love
Here are a few things you can do today to start the spark:
Take a warm bath and trace your hands over your body, noticing what you love.
Pick one part of your body each day and tell her why she’s amazing.
Put on an outfit or piece of lingerie that makes you feel unapologetically sexy… even if no one else sees it.
Dance, stretch, sway to music… feel your power in motion.
These aren’t indulgences. They’re essential. They remind you that you matter too.
Your Homework – Just for You
Today, do one thing just for her. Look. Touch. Move. Admire. Let her know she’s seen, wanted, and loved.
