This agreement is between the Client, whose name and address is listed below, along with Jennifer & Brian Dirksen of Sheer Photography.

$149.00 - a 60 minute boudoir session, 2 outfit looks, all products and digital collections you may want to add are to be selected & purchased separately off our a la carte or collections menu at your private reveal and ordering appointment, to be scheduled 7-14 days after  your #SheerExperience.

1. Retainer *
I, the client, shall make a non-refundable retainer in the amount of minimum $149.00 for Sheer Photography to perform the services specified. Upon payment, Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties. Client agrees that this retainer is earned by the photographer when paid, and is remitted in consideration of the experience, reputation, skill of the photographer and in consideration of the inability of the photographer to schedule other clients during this time.
2. Payment *
If Client requires a payment plan for products or digital images, a deposit of no less than 25% is due at the ordering session. The remaining payments can be spread out over a maximum of 3 months. Any payment plan agreements agreed to by Photographer and Client shall be included as an addendum to this agreement. A late payment fee of $35 shall be applied to the late payment amount in accordance with the payment plan agreement. No products shall be ordered until the entire amount is paid in full.
3. Cancellation/Rescheduling/Late *
If Client cancels, or fails to show the retainer shall be forfeited. In the event that the Client requests to reschedule their session, the retainer shall be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is given at least 3 calendar days prior to the schedule session. Reschedule must be within six months of original session date. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the event. Client shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the event due to late arrival of the Client.
4. Completion Schedule *
Once client approves finished edits or album design, please allow up to 14 business days, except our Luxe album, which requires up to 21 business days after approval.
5. Use of Hair & Makeup artist *
In the event a Photographer furnishes a hair and/or makeup artist, the Photographer is not liable for any application or services by this independent contractor. This includes but is not limited to allergies as a result of use of the products by the Independent Contractor. It is the Client’s responsibility to convey all allergies to the Independent Contractor.
6. Use of Alcohol *
The use of alcohol is permitted on the Photographer’s premises. The Client understands that consumption of alcohol prior to and/or during the session may negatively impact the results of the images. *If too much alcohol is consumed during or before the course of the session the Photographer may cease work and retain all deposits.
7. Body Alterations *
The Photographer retains the right to cancel the session and retain the retainer amount if the Client has engaged in any body alterations within two weeks of the session. Body alterations are including, but not limited to, tanning (spray, bed, etc.), tattoos, piercings, surgeries, etc.
8. Client Usage *
Client may use their images however they would like. Feel free to share them on social media!
9. Standard Price List *
The charges in this agreement are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
10. Indemnification *
The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client during the course of the photography session and the immediately surrounding events. Each party and its counsel have participated fully in the review and revision of this Agreement. Any rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not apply in interpreting this Agreement. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party.
11. Attorney's Fee *
If either party to this Contract brings a legal action against the other party to this Contract to secure the specific performance of this Contract, collect damages for breach of this Contract, or otherwise enforce or interpret this Contract, the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs, premiums for bonds, fees, and other expenses expended or incurred in the action in addition to any other relief that may be awarded.
